We are unable to quote specific times for collections & deliveries. Whilst we will make every effort to get to you within the period quoted, we cannot guarantee to do so. If an animal happens to require emergency veterinary treatment we would have to prioritise this. We strongly recommend that you book your dog in the day before you travel if you have a tight deadline or a plane to catch.
